Policy
Anyone can upload their photographs to be posted on the website. The only condition is required: the sender must be the one who originally took the photograph, or if you send a photo on someone’s behalf, the author’s permission must be granted prior to sending.
If you would like to post some of our photographs on your web site please place link to OntarioPics.com below the photograph. Any commercial use of our photographs is a subject for discussion with web site administrators.
OntarioPics.com contains many photographs submitted by independent photographers. Respecting copyright laws we cannot give permission for using their images, but we can
help you to contacts author’s via e-mail.
Any use of web site images that breaks rules listed above will be followed by legal investigation and prosecution under copyright laws.
